Cat-Eye Shadow Tutorial

Cat eye makeup is very popular and obviously there is a reason for that – it is simply gorgeous.

You only need a piece of tape. In order to make it less stick, it is a good idea to stick it on your fingers first, because if you stick it directly onto the eyelid, it might be painful.
